Outlook 2002 Manual Set-up /
Confirmation
| 1. Once you have Outlook opened, go to the Tools menu and select E-mail Accounts... |

| 2. Under the E-mail
option select the radio button View or change existing e-mail
accounts. Click Next > |

| 3. In most cases there will only be one account entry in the larger box. However, if you have set up other accounts such as your work E-mail account etc., there may be more. If you are only using your HPO E-mail account and there are two or more accounts in this box select the lower ones then click the Remove button on the right till there is only one account remaining. Highlight the account in the box then click the Change button. |

4. There are four sections on this screen,
please fill them out as follows:

| 5. Enter mail.hpo.net in the first field. If you are working for a company or some kind of Organization then you can enter that in the second field otherwise just leave it blank. Do not enter anything in Reply E-mail address. |

| 6. There should be nothing selected or entered on the Outgoing Server tab as seen below. |

| 7. ADSL Flets/B-flets customers
should select Connect using my local area network (LAN). Dial-up Accounts should select Connect using my phone line and the dial-up connection used to connect to HPO should appear in the lower box. |

| 8. None of the check boxes should be selected on this screen, it should be as seen below. Click OK. |

| 9. This was set-up in point number 4. Click Next > |

| 10. If you are only using HPO E-mail your set-up
should now appear as seen in the screen below. Click Finish |

| 11. Open the Tools menu and select Options... |
|
| 12. Confirm there is a check mark in the check box for Send immediately when connected. |
|
| 13. There should only be one check box selected
here Send clear text ... That's it, your Outlooks is now set-up for your HPO E-mail. Click OK |
