Sign-up Procedures:

Read the Online User Policies, then proceed to the applications form.

Several application methods are offered, please choose the most convenient:

• Sign-up Online: Fill out all related sections of the online application, select "submit" to send to Hunter Point Online.
• Fax or Mail printout: Proceed to the application form page, select the print button in your web browser and make a printout of the application form. Fill out all related sections of the form and fax or mail it to Hunter Point Online.
• Phone Request: Contact us directly and request an application form via fax or regular mail. After you have completed all related sections of the form, fax or mail it to Hunter Point Online.
• Web Hosting: Get your home page online, sign up for the hosting package to suite your needs.

Hunter Point Online can accepts most major credit cards. However, we appreciate that some people may not wish to provide credit card information over the Internet. If you prefer, you may print out the Payment Options form and fax it to our sales department at Fax: (03) 5390-2539. (look on your browser for a "Print" button).

Payment Policies

Please note our customer service policies:

• We ONLY accept payment for monthly accounts  by credit card.
• Unlimited Access and Email Only Accounts can be paid for by bank transfer,  or by credit card. Five percent Japanese consumption tax is included in prices listed on our registration forms.
• You must provide us with a contact address in Japan, your mother's maiden and birth date for security purposes and payment information for us to process your application.
• Your information is confidential. Credit card numbers are erased if you cancel the service or change payment types.
• Please read the Terms of Service, which you agree to abide by if you join Hunter Point Online.

How to pay

Bank Transfer

• Hunter Point Inc., Tokyo Mitsubishi Bank, Oji Branch, Savings Account (Futsu) #1094175
  Talk to a bank teller if you're not sure how to send money by transfer. We cannot take money from your account, unless you fill out the proper bank forms for automatic transfer every month.
• Credit Card and Monthly accounts: HPO accepts most major credit cards.
  You may pay by cash in person at our Oji office. We don't accept cash through the mail.
